Hello all,

when the  challenge of translation came up in another topic, it was just too hard to resisit the temptation  :roll: So I did do the translation using Alta Vista Babel fish site. This is what it came up with

Now I can highly recommend using this for the unusual web pages we might be led to in the name of boating or models ( :  didn't mean that kind ) and steam related topics. Maybe we could do with a link poste don here too.

Back to reality, some may remember a few months back I was having severe translation issues with ONE FRENCH steam engine builder who will remain NAMELESS & one of my colleagues suggested I use the same "Babel Fish Translation" software to express my thoughts a little clearer in JMC's native tounge   - that name just slipped out

End result was he didn't have the courtesy to respond to three translated to French e-mails [all posted in a completely civil tounge simply asking basic questions re my JMC3H which I still know is a treasure] but -  :boom  :post - every one should know about this level of supplier response after he had banqued my hard earned AUD$ - :hmmm - bl..dy fre.ch frogs..............Derek
