 Hello 2 all .

Forgive my English pls . I just started with steam last year and there for am a real beginner .
Love the hobby so far . Been building a V4 and twin cylinder oscilator engines and finished them . Also made a steam boiler . Both machines work on compressed air and steam .
Like to build a boat from Krick in the future . Bought some books like Model Marine Steam by Stan Bray and like to make the two cylinder slide valve . Understand some drawings are missing .
I live in Holland , stil working . Like to learn a lot about working on the lathe and mill to make steam engines . Reading thrue this forum I already picked up a lot .
I will probelly ask question to your members and maybe in the future post some things when .

  Best regards Ruud .

Welcome to Paddleducks Ruud, your English is fine, certainly a LOT better than my Dutch! ;)

Regards
Eddy

Hello Ruud
There certainly are some drawings missing for the slide valve twin. The publishers cut them out without letting Stan Bray know about it. However they are in the Paddleducks download section. Go to plans and drawings and you will find them on the second page as MB22. There are also some construction notes on the first page.
Hope this is of some use  Malcolm
