Hi friends and neighbors,

a nice video of my steam driven "Choctaw" Ironclad you will find in: Battleship "Choctaw" in action at steam exhibition Karlsruhe 2015.
I will present the model with pictures in the next days.

Greetings

Hi Thomas
The Choctaw is on my wish-list! I would like to see much more of the engine, I do have plans from the ship, and the Modell-werft issue 11/2012 too.

Hi, friends and neighbors,

yesterday we made some pictures of "Choctaw" for a german model magazin. It was a cold, foggy autumn day. But by the steam of the engine a peculiar atmosphere was created. Hope, you willenjoy the pictures!

Spectacular Thomas  :clap.........

Viewing all with the mist...the engine steam and all elements of the background and water, my vote is image IMG_0713 as the pick of the crop

I suggest this is the most realistic image :kewlpics.....what did you [or the Editors] choose?

Yes..I reckon the sepia tinted ones look very authentic..great set of pictures ... maybe the magazine could be persuaded to allow access to the finished article?

Today I made some further alterings of pictures to old. May be, even in the model scene it`s a possibility to make pictures more attractive. Some more examples I enclose.
