If you got to this site and click on Drawings, and then on  Danube Passenger there are a number of plans of Romanian paddle steamers for  sale

sorry for waiting so long for an answer, the book contains some drawings but only a few, some general drawings, one or two frames but unfortunately not enough to build a model. But i have bought some modelplans from romania. If you are interrested i will have a look to my collection.  The ISBN number is 973-97497-1-2 its direct from the book if there is a mistake :? .....  i'm sorry
