Hi PD's.......our Australian Government today released it's [draft] plan    for the protection of water flows from Queensland down through New South Wales river systems & so into South Australia....maintain the growth bowl of irrigated farming areas, maintain the lower lakes ...then finally into the sea @ Goolwa if there is any water left

The plans will generate robust economic $ debate between many differing groups with their views on who should have access to the water......

I will not offer comment......  ...as this is a very complex issue .... ...never fear...as long as we have sufficient water to make a brew of  ...talk more next week ....Derek
