Snow and more snow!

We;ve had snow for the last 3 or 4 days, and sub-zero temperatures as well.... Tonight it snowed heavily again.

I went to pick my daughter up from work, a journey that normally takes me 10-12 minutes, but tonight it's taken 80 minutes! The roads are just sheets of snow covered ice.

I even passed a grit lorry that was stuck on the ice, and a police van that had slid on a roundabout and wrapped itself round a lampost.

I think a trip to the boat club may be off the agenda tomorrow!

Where are your dogs?

PS Light snow forcast for tomorrow then rain Christmass day.
Be wary of strong drink. It can make you shoot at tax collectors--and miss. Lazarus Long

Hi all,
I'd like to say I helped with this snow-thing, but I was forced to stay indoors & observe from the warm, as I was having a beer & I didn't want to risk going out, slipping, and spilling it!! ;D   ;)
