Okay, over the years I think we've managed to crack most of the problems associated with models of paddlers, or have we?

Whose going to be the first to make a working model of this one?

Well hello all, there is only one person that I know of within paddleducks fraternity who just loves speed of any kind ! Not only that but when faced with the weird and the wonderful, has no hesitation in attempting a model of the said weird machine. OK Eddy when does construction begin ?

cheers

Jim

p.s where did you find this ancient magazine article, oops did I really say ancient  ;)

greateastern

Actually, it is a pre-war Electrolux-SAAB design for a self-propelled vacuum cleaner for the" little people " in Ireland.

I hate to tell you - but it's been done! Model was featured on TV about 6 years ago.

I would hate to be the pilot!forward visibility:nil.
I also have doubts about it actually working,as the underside of a wing has it's function in the total scheme of things. To destroy the aerodynamics with this sort of contraption seems a little misguided,if brave.
Did the model shown on tv actually fly?Would be intriguing to see if it did work.
