Asking: £154,950. are you supplying the extra £4,950. That is very kind of you, but I think it will take a bit more as "During the refit, the vessel was totally decommissioned with the steam turbines removed." I don't know the price of turbines and I'm sure the ones required are beyond Bogs or my capacity to make. you all so have "The vessel will need 2 or 3 small tugs to assist in delivery to the Thames flood barrier. (Buyers expense). From there she will require a sea-going tug to tow her to her new home. The vessel will need to be prepared for the river transit and any coastal and / or sea passage with the relevant certification issued"
I think you would probably need two or three times the asking price all tolled.
