Hello All,
I am posting two photographs of paddle steamer models.  I had taken a good number of photos of these two superb models which are on board the QE2 during my cruise in July last year.  Unfortunately I left my camera onboard which also contained 500 photos and everything is lost forever.
I had taken close up views of the names and information about these steamers at that time.  Luckily a friend of my mothers was on the last cruise and she has taken a couple of photos for me which I just received today. Problem is that I do not know the names or any info about the paddle steamers.
Anyone able to help?

Looks like a couple of the early sisterships, Britannia, Acadia, Caledonia, and Columbia.... Don't ask me which one is which though!

Another possibility is the Asia.....

Might one be the SIRIUS?                   sandy

They are the Britania of 1840 and the Asia of 1850 - I stumbled across this site  www.massey.zetnet.co.uk/qe2/qe2prt01.htm  relating to someone on a similar cruise to you!
Hope this helps

Thanks to all who responded to my request for info. Thanks Stuart for the website with details about the models.
