Completely agree, you can clearly see the prop as she's sinking.

What the heck was in the bow to make it go bow first?
Even if the motor was amid ship the weight of prop & shaft plus fake paddle wheel would put balance point somewhat to the stern.

Yes I was wondering about that...maybe just a leak at the bow?

Hardly 'historic', and certainly not a paddlesteamer.  It may have been SWPV, but someone else has hinted a fake paddlewheel.  MV Oliver Cromwell was built as a Dutch barge in 1922, and then converted to a riverboat hotel in 1993
