Does anyone happen to have the instructions for wiring up some JJC sound modules?

The company ceased trading years ago, so I cannot get any help from them, so if anyone has them it would help a great deal!

Just been looking at the images in more detail, and they are quite difficult to read - Could you possibly upload slightly larger versions?
