Paddle tug card kit

Just found a lovely small card kit of the Russian paddle tug Krasnyj in 1/86th scale on five A4sheets. This model would be very simple to enlarge as a working model. The tug Krasnyj was a hero of Stallingrad making many crossings under fire with barge loads of men and supplies. Who will be first to build it?. Www.bestpapermodels.com regards, Walter
Blessed are the "cracked" -for they let in the light for the rest of us.

I know there a paper model of Vanya 5 available too and I've been looking at that as source of a bigger RC model.
Card and paper model seem to have been really popular in Eastern Europe.  I found a website for "Maly Modelarz"  a periodical that contained several different card models.  Around since 1957 the magazine hoped to premote model building.
The website; http://www.mm-archive.narod.ru/index.htm has scans of magazine issues with all kinds of models including some ships.  It appears to be all in Russian but the drop down menu 4th from the left takes you to the magazine index.

I've only seen the Vanya 5 model for sale, not to download.  But I have the plans for the boat which I've added to the plans section.

Thank you, download just made. This is worth to be built! Lots of details, well drawn for resizing to 1 : 50, wich is the scale I always built my models. It will take some time, but I want to have the Vanya 5 in my collection of lifesteam driven ships!
Best regards
Gerhard
