Snagboats

Hi all, I just joined this group. Have been reading a lot of
fantastic information. I was looking at the army corp of engineers
site from google. They have an interesting side wheeler with the bow
made into a v shape in the center. they ran right into the snag to
break it loose, then lifted it onto the deck to cut it up.It's on
page one of google search. Charley

Jeffery, I wassn't able to find the site either. I think it is down for the
short time. I did find these sites www.maritime.org about the snag boat
WTPreston also I found this site with the same snag boat that was on the
corp of engineers www.edbghs.org. I hope this helps.Charley
