1984 Monarch
« on: May 07, 2025, 09:31:47 AM »
Hello,

I'm looking for line drawings for the hull of Monarch. I would like to build a 1:12 scale model of her, I have found good photos which I can glean information from for the side profile, and details on the deck, but don't really know how to design the frames up to get the correct shape.

As a model the hull would measure 42" length, and 7.3/4" wide, and 13.5/6" over the sponsons. Paddle wheels of 4" diameter.

Lots of pictures can be found here, along with one of the hull out of the water.

Any help appreciated
Jon

While searching the forum, I see a model of Monarch already exists. If the owner would kindly get in contact I have a few questions I'd like to ask on your model.

Build thread here.
