From earlier in this thread:
Gróf Széchenyi Rendezvényhajó, which seems to translate as Green Hill. It is paddle, but I suspect diesel.
www.greenhill.hu/view.php?action=helyszinek&sid=19Akos is a prolific tram photographer who has popularised his home city with tram enthusiasts worldwide.
This paddle vessel was simply an exotic foreground for him, and he is happy to share it with Paddleducks. He posted: '...the odd-one-out: route 2 can't be seen, but it's there, in a tunnel behind the embankment. However, the side-wheeler in the foreground and the building of Corvinus University might make it up for that, even with the signs of the M4 metro construction works (crane, container, portaloos, etc) in front of the facade.
Post edit: I ran it through Google Translate:
Gróf Széchenyi Rendezvényhajó =
Count Szechenyi Event Boat.
