Can I just remind everyone that (as always) there will be a small cafe in operation at the show - Pie and peas, sausage sandwiches, cold sandwiches, biscuits, crisps, cakes, and tea and coffee will be available. And NOT at the rip off prices some places charge!

All profits go to our club to help to pay for the event - We normally only make a very marginal profit, so your support is appreciated!

Regards
Eddy

It's a shame you can't make it Clark, but nevermind photos will be posted as soon as I start to receive them...

Yes, keep the diary free for next year, that will be our 5th show - So maybe we need to do something special to celebrate?

Bob won't be there this year as his son is getting married the same weekend - Inconsiderate or what? ;)

So it's deep fried Mars bar for one then? :hehe

Is there anyone else that would like to come along for a curry on saturday night before the Paddler Day?

I need to know so I can book a table...

The bill will be split equally amongst us rather than trying to calculate exactly what each person owes - It's much simpler that way, and there will be an additional £2-£3 per person to cover the tip. Drinks should be paid for as you get them, and not added to the bill.

I will happily meet you at your hotel/B&B and guide you in to the restaurant if you tell me where you are staying, but I already have a full car so you will need to follow in your own....

The meal will be booked for 7pm-7:30pm.

I think that covers everything, so if you want to join us please let me know - I cannot gaurantee that people who decide to come at the last minute can be catered for.

So far we have:

Myself
Stuart Badger and his wife Ros
Kim Maclean and his wife Susan
Andrew Gray
Peter Sneddon

Regards
Eddy

Sadly I won't be partaking of any alcoholic beverages as I will be driving :(

The weather forecast isn't fantastic Geoff, but we'll make the best of it I'm sure..... Plenty of hot tea and sausage sarnies will keep me going! ;)

I do apologise for not being able to come up and see you all.

I wanted to trip up this year and bring Waverley but I've been coughing all week and it's not getting any better.   :(

Have a great time and steady on the curry !!

Cheers

Ken

There is NO chance of our Eddy being steady when it comes to curry! This year I shall be more circumspect bearing in mind what he told me was a mild vindaloo 2 years ago. The steam coming out my ears would have done justice to a Mississippi paddler.
