Graupner Glasgow...
« on: September 25, 2009, 03:12:38 AM »
Can anyone tell me what the Glasgow is like as build?
I only have limited room and limited tools available now, my workshop went when I left home   :ranting (it's a long story) and all my boat building is now done on an old school desk in my lounge...very basic compared to what I had.

So, is it an easy build? Or am I better off buying one that's been built already and just adding my own personal touches to it?

Pretty straight forward

She's not very big and no exotic tool really needed - you should be fine

So, is it an easy build?

Plenty of help available here I'm sure if you should get stuck.
Or am I better off buying one that's been built already and just adding my own personal touches to it?

Personally i would build my own then i can only blame myself for any mistakes  :hehe and of course I'm sure it would be of interest to see a build diary.
