Download of gas valve and Regulator

As Newby I was trying to download this from the steam section.
I must be doing something wrong as each time it either froze on me or displayed 4 blank pages.
I had my 5 limit but received only the first 2 pages which were typed.
I presume my rubbish word programme Ability is not up to recognising the freehand drawings.
Any ideas on my dilema

It may be that your host is have problems that are affecting your connection - Try it again tomorrow and see if it works then. There are no known problems at our end, and I've just downloaded the file without any trouble.

The file is a simple Word document, so as long as your using Windows it should display fine. The drawings are on page 3.

Thanks Eddie but the problem has not gone completely away at least for this download.
Downloaded the boiler testing rules this lunchtime okey. Tried the Gas Valve and regulator no joy. It still says I have exceded my 5 a day limit.
Then tried to download another(We have control) and that downloaded okey.
My attempts the other day must have messed things up somewhere!!!

If, as I suspect, the problem was caused by your IP provider, you may have a corrupted file in your browser.... Try clearing your browsers cache files and then see what happens.
