There are numerous books available on this subject - my local library has one and a search on Abebooks http://www.abebooks.co.uk/servlet/SearchResults?bt.x=53&bt.y=14&kn=ship+bottle&sortby=3&sts=t
or Amazon http://www.amazon.co.uk/s/ref=nb_ss_b?url=search-alias%3Dstripbooks&field-keywords=ship+in+bottle&x=14&y=12 will reveal plenty.

Back when I was a drinking   :beer :beer man I tried a couple of times, but by the time I had the bottle empty I would have forgotten what I was going to do with it. Now most of the time I stick with :coffee :coffee.
