Hi pds,
A good place for maritme books, including paddler related is-
Mclaren Books Ltd
22 John street
Helensburgh
Argyll & Bute
G84 8BA
Tel. 01436 676453
www.mclarenbooks.co.uk
They deal in rare & out of print books, and have some ship modelling books too, and back issues of model shipwright. Think they only open Friday & Saturday.
They do catalogues, and the shop is well worth a visit.

I can endorse that. His prices are quite resonable and if you visit the shop, give yourself at least two hours! I got a complete run of Maid of the Loch timetabes from him for I think about ten pounds. Regards, Walter.

Hi Walter,
Talking of timetables, I found, during a clearout at my work, a shoebox full of clyde steamer timetables from late 40s-70s, so I saved them from the shredder!!
I must dig them out cant remember if there were any "Maid of the Loch" ones
