Hi Paddlers,
Back in 17 June 2005, one Dai Powell was constructing a model of this first Gunboat Built by the NZ Colonial Govt. for use on the Waikato River.
Does anyone know if the model was ever finished, and /or if Mr. Powell is still a paddleducker. I would like to contact him re the Pioneer and his model.
regards
Kiwi

Sadly Dai never joined us after we moved from the old Yahoo group Kiwi. Unfortunately I don't have a contact address for him.

If you try contacting Paul Jordan (PJ on the forum), I beleive they are (or were) both members of the same club?
