My Fleet  to date
1 = 26” Gaff  rigged  Yacht    ( Ex J.Goodyear  Huddersfield )  fitted new sail winch
2 = Phantom  Paddler   Mag.  Plan  1st Home build.
3 = Junk  Kit  ( By M&M )  Sail +Part time 280 Power.
4 = Wilseco  twin Type D48 & Boiler.
4a = Nina plus 20% Under Construction (Hull & deck) Paddles to build and Fit out Controls ETC.
5 = Ritalee cut out to build.(waiting on more time !!! )
6 = Springer Hull made and  started to fit out motor ,shaft, & rudder ( motor 540 with 2.5/1 G/Box )
7 = New   8M 2Vee Steam engine   ( ½”B x ¾” S )   â€œ www.theengineshop.net “ ( 1st in UK ! )
Look for a Boiler to suit ( Vertical Type )

Hello Timo2, that is a good array of models you have there. Do you sail with any particular club on the West Coast?
I particularly liked the link to the engineshop which you included. They have some neat and interesting units on it at particularly appealing prices when the current exchange rate is considered.

    Local Club  Knightswood, small but with a great bunch of lads. Yachts to Tugs ( & Springers ) and a 6 foot plus 'Talisman' paddler in final fitting out stages. Lunch Party about mid Summer,

For those interested in the 8m twin V engine, it is actually manufactured by PM Research here in the states....here is a link to there web page with the engine:  http://www.pmresearchinc.com/store/home.php?cat=3

I have seen this engine running at a show...it appear to be a nicely built good running engine with plenty of power....typical of oscillators it may use a bit more steam than a slide valve engne.
