Did anyone see this in Paddle Wheels, autumn 2006?

...OK, not 'preserved vessels' in the way we'd think of them but interesting, and they seem to have been around for a few years now.....
(eg. it says of the first one "delivered in 1988 by Heusden to Nagasaki Holland Village")

This was something I came across and submitted to Paddle Wheels - hopefulyl have more info on the boat shortly including a few build pictures.
