The future of the Medway Queen will be made by the Lottery funding on the 21st/22nd June, when they will decide to help or not, to at least restore the hull.
The John H. Amos seems to be forging ahead at present; they seem to get help as requested!
As I am webmaster for both, I have mixed feelings on these projects.
At present I am awaiting the outcome of these projects, before I put some very interesting facts to you.

Thanks for the update Len - I have to admit that if it came down to restoring one or the other, rather than both, I'd prefer to see the Medway Queen restored. But that's just my feelings on the matter, I'm sure others will disagree :-)

I look forward to hearing what the Lottery fund has to say....

Len.
Very many thanks for the latest on the two ships.
Incidentally the internet address for the John H Amos is www.johnhamos.org  (not com)
Very much looking forward to the “very interesting facts”  in due course.
Best regards
David

Plans John H Amos

E-mail or write to Martin Stevens the Chairman of the Medway Maritime Trust, found on the Amos website.
Hopefully he may be able to help, as plans do exist. Don’t expect a quick answer, not his thing the PC world.

Regards Len Knight.
