New kid in town between wheels

Hi:

Please let me introduce myself: my name is Robert, and just some days ago I decided to enter this wonderful world of paddlers, or wheelers.

I've been a RC boat modeler for years (www.geocities.com/navalrc); cars ara a passion too, now I am trying to convert a display scale Land Rover 1/25 to RC (4wd, suspension, lights, everything!). Coming back to boats,  I am seriously thinking my next boat will be a sidewheeler.

Simply put, I know NOTHING about those beauties: hull forms, draft, wheels, rudder,....

I guess you all can help me find another nice reason in my life learning all the how to's and building a paddler. For example, I don't know where to get detail plans, etc.

Thanks. I hope to listen from you soon.

Regards
Robert

Welcome Robert, Here in the U.S. one of the best sources for plans is http://www.taubmansonline.com

I have three paddle driven push boats on my site at http://www.towboatjoe.com

There are a few free ones in the plans and drawings section. Look back through past postings.
