yes,,, I would like to please change my status from "deck hand" to ...
" guy who's bones were found between the inner and outer hull "

seriously,, i would like to make a donnation to the site,, can that be done through paypal?

Thanks for the offer Dave, it's greatly appreciated - However, we have no facilities arranged to accept donations at this time.

Perhaps it's something we should consider? I don't know, but my personal point of view is that Paddleducks should always be a free site for our users, and any donations that are accepted should be purely voluntary.

If anyone has any feelings on this subject, for or against, I'd be interested in hearing them....

Just thinking on the lines of donations maybe we could organise like a rally to raise money for various paddlers around the world undergoing a restoration fund. I know I've dropped a few dollars in boxes in Swan Hill and Wentworth for the Gem and Ruby! (I'd like to think that those gold coins went towards something good! I just wish I had more money to give at the time)

I don't know how it would be possible to organise something like that but I know that these restoration works are expensive and hey if we want something to write about on these forums we should think about it
