Wide, wide, wide....

There has always been a problem with LARGE images inserted into messages that stretch the window so it goes off your screen, causing you to have to scroll from side to side to read text etc.

I think I've managed to solve that problem now - so hopefully everything should display a bit better - Because the images are now resized to fit the users screen, you have two new features available with a large image:

## You can double-click on a message if it has a crosshair cursor:
## This pops up the message alone in a new maximized window.
##
## You can single click on an image if it has a pointer cursor:
## This pops up the image alone and full size in a new maximized window.

Please let me know if you have any problems with this....

regards
Eddy

Hi Eddy I'm  running Windows XP and viewing using netscape, just tried using explorer and had no problems looks like a netscape issue.
the error is a popup window it doesn't stop the page viewing.

Okay Jock, you had me worried there for a while.... But just to confirm, you CAN still view everything okay even though you get an error? Even with Netscape?

Could you possibly do a screen capture of the error and send it to me at admin@paddleducks.co.uk and I'll take a look at the problem in more detail... Also let me know which version of Netscape you are using.

But to be honest Netscape *should* handle the changes I made without a problem - But you never know, there may be a kludge I can make to my code to sort it.

Following on from Jocks slight problem, if anyone else has an error or popup or whatever since I've changed the code that displays the images, PLEASE let me know!!! I can't fix it if I don't know it's broken!! :-)
