Will O' The Wisp

FYI, Seaway's Ships in Scale magazine, May/June 2004, has an 8 page
article on a scratch built Confederate Blockade Runner Will o'the
Wisp. It is a display model built to 1/192 (just over 2' long).

Typically, there are 2 pages on the history of the ship, 2 pages of
drawings, and the rest is a description of how the model was built.
Atypically, it wasn't written by the modeller, however, it is still
an interesting read and a description of the modelling techniques.
