15mm or 1/100 scale

Hello it's been a while since I sent a meassage. A big greeting to
all. I am trying to build a ship of the 1800's in 1/100 scale or
15mm in what I refer to wargame scale. My question is what can I
use for railings and fittings for the model. Is there any company
tha makes things in that scale or someone with good modeling
techinques in this scale?
