PS Industry - Question for Brett
« on: June 19, 2005, 06:38:47 AM »
Morning Brett - my video copy of "Source to the Sea" arrived this week & have re-watched
it four times, and like all movies or documentaries it is amazing the additional little points
you pick up on each successive viewing - and so whilst I originally thought the Landline
TV presentation was pretty ordinary, I am very glad I purchased my copy

Comment
PS Industry got good visual exposure, and I looked again at the posted snaps of your Industry
when considering vessel freeboard - my conclusion was that your model sits in or displays a
freeboard at a scale very close to the original

Question
1) did you use scale depth of moulded hull, or draft or whatever in your construction?
2) I see the two wiper motors + battery, but can only guess total displacement or LOA

Most interested to understand your response

PS - Industry's Captain Frank Tucker is the owner of a WEBpage on the history & location
of our PD hulls & it was he that got me on the correct path to contacting Dick Bromhead
[owner of Decoys hulk] - Derek
