Thanks to Walter Snowdon, we now have permission to post paddler articles from Marine Modelling International magazine, as long as they are 10 years old or more and due credit to the magazine is given....

We also hope to be bringing all sorts of articles from some of the long dead publications that featured paddlers thanks to Walter (again!) as he's found a source for these periodicals, some of which stretch back into the 1800's!

So stand by for lots more interesting stuff on Paddleducks over the coming months!!

Eddy,I would be interested in anything having to do with work boats and interesting how-to's since I've never seen the mag.

I've got all the issues of the U S Boat & Ship Modeler mag that was published from the middle 80's through mid 90's.

Joe:

If ever you find time, can you please send me a list of  paddler related articles in U S Boat & Ship Modeler Mag to add tgo my  database?

Thanks and regards

Hi Paddleducks,

today i found some articles about different paddlers in quiet old German magazines,  do you want to see these? Most are lake and river steamers.

Let me know what do you want, scotfriend
When i read about the evils of drinking, I decide to give up reading

Yes please Hans! Some of those German/Swiss lake steamers are gorgeous!
