Does anyone know where I can get a fibreglass hull, around 42"-46" in length, suitable for building a paddletug?

I'd like to build one to use in tug towing competitions, so preferably something with a decent beam - It doesn't have to be a paddletug hull, just something that would look right and can be modified to paddle drive.

The Graupner Glasgow would be the sort of thing I'm looking for, only a bit bigger....

Have you tried Models by Design? or Mike Mayhew at Waverly Models

I did take a look on the Models by Design website and couldn't see anything suitable, most of their stuff is the old Dave Metcalf mouldings...

I haven't tried Mike Mayhew, he may well be worth chatting to - But from past experience a quick phonecall to Mike generally lasts 1-2hrs!  He could talk for England!

I'm just thinking of the weight Kim, and the fact that I'd like to build at around 1:32 scale....

Having had three lots of spinal surgery, humping really heavy weights is a no-no!
