Joined because i was pointed here (thanks David) after looking for info on using steam pressure to regulate gas supply to a boiler. The boiler in question is to be used to drive a 4in stroke 2in bore mill engine running light.

I also have a half finished Case 3in tractor and am currently making patterns  for the base for my 6in stroke 30in beam length home designed beam engine.
If anyone is interested I have an almost completed taylor twin boat engine for a 18ft hull for sale.
and a shed full of other bits as well.
The site looks really interesting and has a wealth of expertise that extends beyond boats.
Glad to be here.
Any one near Slough/Windsor/Maidenhead is welcome to pop in.
Cheers
John
