Do any of the Australian members know the where abouts or what happened to the barge Koondrook? I read in Parson's book that it was still around in the 1980's, can't seem to find any more about her.

It's owned by the defunct Milang Historic Steam & Shipping group.  The woodwork was removed & steel work cut into pieces years ago.  The Milang group has all the steel work & the plan was to reassemble it.  At the moment, i'm pretty sure, half of it is in Milang & the other half is in Meningie on the other side of the lake.

The Koondrook was the scene of an axe murder in the 20s & the coaming from the forward hatch still has a mark from one of the strikes.
