I'm sure most of you will have heard of Cheddar Models Ltd, especially if your into model steam engines...

Someone at my local club mentioned that they had gone bankrupt - Does anyone know if this is true? There's no mention of any problems on the Cheddar Models website, so I can only hope that it's one of those unfounded rumours that raise ther ugly head from time to time...

Hi Eddy,
due to a longer sickness of John, the production&business run out of control. The web-site is for the moment in "repair" (according to a well informed source) "Stuart Models"has taken over.
Date of restart and under which name, for the moment unknown.

Thanks for the update Henri - It's sad to hear that such a great company was allowed to get into such a state though. Lets hope Stuart Turner buy it and allow it to continue...
