Paddle ship builders.

For those who maybe wondering where to buy the drive element from the motor,
sitting in the bottom of the boat, up to the paddle shaft.......... search
no more.
Model Motors Direct can now offer you an "O" ring drive (complete set of
pulleys, O ring and stub axle) or what appears to be a very natty chain
drive (12 and 18 tooth sprockets and chain with joining link)
Contact details:-
Model Motors Direct
Harvester Yard
Ditcheat,
Shepton Mallet,
Somerset BA4 6RB
Tel 01749 860111

Yet another option:-
I have used a toothed belt drive taken from the Graupner catalogue. See
photos of the "engine room" in the Scotia Album.
Usual disclaimer.
Happy building
David
