You know what I think would be really cool...if the logo on the front page were a .gif image and the steamer pic in the backround changes to otehr pics...such as other steamers etc, I think that would look really kool, and you could ahve some of the users models and different steamers from aroun the world!

I can easily make the main webpage display a random image Sean - That's the page that has the main menu and the photo of the Waverley on it. All I need are a few images to display....

So if anyone wants to have THEIR photo displayed, just email them to me and I'll sort it out. The photos must be about 800*600 though, smaller than that and they won't display properly, and bigger than that takes an age to load.

If you have a suitable photo - You own photos ONLY please, we don't want to get into issues with copyright! Please send them to me at: admin@paddleducks.co.uk

I should point out that I will select the images that I consider to be the best, so there's no gaurantee that all the photos you send will be used. And obviously, because they will be displayed at random, I cannot tell you when your photo will appear! :-)

Regards
Eddy

Nope, no-one has sent any yet Sean. Unless I get at least a dozen or so it isn't worth doing.... I'm happy to do it, but if no-one is interested there's not much point.

Eddy

Either Joe - I think I'd prefer more models than real boats as that is the whole point of the website, but I'm happy to display either if they are suitable.

I only have 'good' photos of Waverley, I'll take some of my model when it's complete but as I haven't had a digital camera very long I don't have much at all, most of what I do have being on film (and somewhat blurry/faded/etc) If I can get my scanner working again (new computer doesn't have an imaging program) I'll see what I can come up with... :)
