Hi, all.

I've been messing with metal for the last couple of years and just built my first oscillator.  I'm interested in building an engine which could 'do work' (drive a small boat, power a lathe, that sort of thing), so around 1HP, give or take.

I've been recommended to look at steam launch engines and pointed here.

At the risk of whinging, I don't seem to be able to download any of the plans - Do I need special permissions or is it a web thing?
