Small Scale Paddle Steamer Boat Builders

Hey there!

I am hoping in a few years to own a paddle steamer like the PS Monarch http://paddlesteamermonarch.wix.com/ps-monarch, but I want to live on it too. I think the PS Monarch is the right size, (I think about 42-50 Feet? Please confirm if possible) and I was hoping if anyone knew if there are boat builders who would build a boat like the PS Monarch. She was only build 20-22 years ago in the 80's!
