HI Larry,
Glad you have found something that sparked some enthusiasm for building a paddler.
Are you saying the plan is missing form your magazine? If so i'm sure a search of the Model Boats Magazine plans section will get you the info you need.

It's difficult making any recomendation on what paddler to build as it depends on your skill level , what you find attractive and what you expect from the boat .....
I'm sure once you have the first paddler behind you, you will develop a taste for them .... and remember to share the knoweledge.
Regards,
Kim

Hello again,
I have searched the model boats magazine website for the Zulu plan - hope i'm getting it right for you -

Zulu Plan MM1329
http://www.myhobbystore.co.uk/product/16789/zulu-plan-mm1329

Might be worth a message to Barry or Waverley models for suitable wheels ... or ... show off and build them yourself ...

Look forward to hearing more...
Regards,
Kim

Hi Larry,

Some pictures of my Lulonga are at

http://www.paddleducks.co.uk/smf/index.php?action=gallery;sa=myimages;u=1537

I bought mine as a completed model but at present am rebuilding it, she was much too low in the water, as the photographs show. So trying to cut down the weight by changing the motors and battery. she is now nearly 10mm higher in the water. Also the paddles on mine are the Graupner ones used on the Glasgow, the feathering type.

I will watch with interest your build log.

Regards and good luck with your build Graham (jelley_baby)
