Hi all,
I guess it has been a long time coming but I have decided to build a model boat, and biting off more than I can chew, how better to start than a paddler.
Purchased a Waverley 1899 hull from Kim, and just awaiting plans and paddle wheels.
Spent a fortune tooling up from scratch.

Need to set up/buy a workbench/worktop in the house.

I have sat with an A4 notebook and pencil, doodling and schemng about how it all should go together.
I have read just about every thread on this forum, but I think I will still have many, many questions.
Due to previous, and continuing 30 year hobby (old American cars) my large garage is full, so build will take place indoors, in limited space to work in but warmth and central heating ... no more lying on concrete garage floors wrestling with rusty bolts.
But I guess I will need to get the windows cut out and sanding work done outside ... pray for dry days.
Looking forward to it.
Em, when is Paddler Day 2013 ?

All the best
Sandy
