Lady build
« on: October 18, 2010, 12:37:15 AM »
Hi PD's

in May my girlfriend Beate and i we went to the modelboat meeting at Wohlen Switzerland. At the beginning Beate thought who can man play with modelboats??? but then she realised how nice and serious this hobby is. Then she decided to have her own model her favorite at this point was the ROBBE Duesseldorf, really a model for the starter ;) I told her this is to expensive and complicated to build for she. When we came home we went into my modelshop and i showed her what i thought would be a suitable model for she. A Glasgow with only the deck on it, some fittings and the wheels, luckily she agreed with me and so work began. Have a look at the photos and you can see how she is working and also the general arrangement.

Regards Hans

I've now added the photos to Hans' original post..... Beate is hard at work!! How nice to see a lady building a paddler for once!

I hope we'll see it on the water at next years Paddler Day?

Regards
Eddy
