I'm off to check Monarch's now!!  Bit of an admission of guilt, but our funnel isn't exactly straight :S

Visited Helensburgh the other day and fascinated to see the Work Boat Ben Crom dredging around the pier. Apparently Waverly has had some problems berthing at Helensburgh :-

Pictures not STRICTLY Waverly oriented but wouldn't this vessel make a cracking little model. Not entirely sure about the very low freeboard though.

Video when I get around to editing the footage. Grandchildren visiting and have much higher media profile.

Anyone know the history of the Ben Crom - looks a bit like a cut down fleet tender?
