Hi All Pd's

Well after a year of emails etc to the kind people at the National Great Lakes Maritime Museum in Toledo, Ohio i will soon be in possession of a complete set of plans and photographs of this great (substitute HUGE) vessel.

The plan is to build one of these at around 7ft depending on the scale and quality of the plans. 

If any of you know of any source of additional plans and pictures i would be most greatfull.

Sounds like an interesting project Ian, are you building it as the passenger vessel, or the later Wolverine aircraft carrier?

in an ideal world both as there are also plans for the carrier and it was SWIMBO who said about both as it would be intresting to see them side by side. 

that said i would have to say that Seeandbee would have to be the first as i saw a picture of here over a year back that got me intrested into the paddler.

Ian, you must go to the Great Lakes Maritime Database. There are 22 files listed for the Seeandbee most of which are photos of her as the S+B, with a couple of the Wolverine. Thank you for such a good link.

Some pictures i had but some are new and in much better clarity showing some nice details.

from a technical view one of the most intriguing and important pictures i have found shows a front rudder as well as the traditional rear one.  At least now i know that the model will have a fighting chance of turning.
