Ever had one of those days?

Have you ever had one of those days when you realise you have real friends? Well I have today......

I was supposed to be going down to work as one of the crew on Kingswear Castle at Easter, but had to say I couldn't go because funds are really tight at the moment (in fact we won't even get a family holiday this year, the first time in 33 yrs of marriage). But the two guys I was going with  said we were going, and one would pay the petrol and the other would pay the hotel bill. So two real friends there....

Then I was chatting with a third person about my SRN1 hovercraft a week ago, and just mentioned in passing that I couldn't afford the 4 servos I need for the control system - I thought nothing more of it, but today he said 4 servos are on there way to me and will arrive in a few days!

I haven't mentioned any names for fear of embarrassing those involved, but gentlemen (you know who you are) you have my sincere thanks each and every one of you!! You've made my day, and I'm typing this with a few tears in my eyes realising that there are true friends out there! Thankyou is such a simple and often misused word, and it really isn't enough in this situation....

sounds like he has remixed the whole song........[steam Canadian style]

a) added extra echo to Ringo's voice 
b) all backing instruments & voices out of phase by six milli seconds to the right 

another possibility is that Gerald has split the tape electronically & is playing the lead voice in Canada & the balance in USofA...... & hence the five HZ difference contributes to the newer rendition  ....Derek

Gerald....they are terrible........... sounds like a four track mixer........take the main voice channel send it to Germany to a Klemp tape echolette...then back to Canada & remastered out of phase   ....Derek

They are all straight from YouTube, I haven't done any audio work since reel to reel and 8 tracks were popular. Fortunately since I am deaf in one ear and don't hear too well out of the other I don't hear all the lousy mixing and audio work.
