Really good news Eddy
Tell Roz we're all thinking of her. Hopefully see you at the club on Wednesday (Jack Frost permitting).

The best Christmas news you both could have received. I, also wish your wife all the best.
They can control these things, so keep up the visits and it will be kept at bay. I've had mine for over a year and it was fought off. I still go back every 3 months to check the situation and feel very up beat about it. The technology these days is incredible and I have every faith in it.
Have a cheerful holliday and all the best to you both.
Regards,
Ken

Just a quick update,
Roz (my wife) is coming to the end of her radio-therapy now, only another two weeks to go, and then I hope we can forget about this nightmare!
Thankfully she's been one of the fortunate ones and only had very minor side effects from the radiation treatment - We cannot thank the radiologists enough, they made the whole procedure as pleasant as possible and were there to support us at every step. So a
big
thankyou to everyone in the radio-therapy department at James Cook University Hospital in Middlesbrough!
Regards
Eddy

Just a quick update.....
Roz went for a check on her cancer today, and we've been given the "all clear" for another 3 months, so needless to say were all delighted!
It's now just over a year since her initial diagnosis, so we have to be positive that she's on of the lucky ones, thankfully!
