Hey Eddy,  I've just realised that you joined Paddleducks on my birthday.  Was this significant or just a way of telling me something :?:

Why would you realise it was your birthday Bob? At your age alzheimers must have set in by now, so your memory probably isn't at it's best :-)

Look on the bright side though, with alzheimers you make new friends every day!

Having said that, guess who had your books in the car and forgot to give them back to you earlier today!! :-)

Just in case anyone else reads this topic and wonders what the hell is going on - Bob and I are both members of the same model boat club, and we do tend to take the micky out of each other a little! :-)

He may be a Scot, but he's not a bad chap really!

Important Times?

:?  Is it Eddy? or is it me? or is it a residual Time Lord effect from Dr Who?  I could swear that the time in GB is (currently)23:22 but the Paddleducks clock is telling me it's an hour earlier :?:

The answer to that is easy Bob, Paddleducks uses GMT as it's time basis, so yes it does display things as one hour wrong as far as we're concerned :-)

As Burns (a renowned Scottish fellow) put it "Nae man can tether time nor tide". Clearly he was wrong.  Difference understood eddy. Thank you and good night.

Now then children, daddy just got home. (At least until next week when I join the Big W). Please, let us have less of this unseamly chit chat or I will stop your tea ration. Walter.
Blessed are the "cracked" -for they let in the light for the rest of us.
