2009 Paddler Day
« on: December 04, 2008, 07:40:27 AM »
Hi all,

Just a quick heads-up, that the 2009 Paddler Day will take place on Sunday, 20th September 2009, at Darlington & District MBC.

More details will be posted as things are finalised nearer the big day.....

Make a note in your diaries NOW, and don't miss out on a totally unique event in the modelling calendar.

Everyone is welcome, but remember that it's paddlers only on the water!

Regards
Eddy

The cost of fuel when travelling to events is a big issue Hans, and especially when your travelling huge distances as you are!!

Petrol was probably about £1.20 per litre in september, it's now down to about 89p per litre :)

Lets hope it stays low for the 2009 event, as it does make a difference to how many people attend these shows.

Regards
Eddy

Mmmm I wonder if the large slowing growing pile of parts in my loft marked 'Jeanie Deans' could be turned into something resembling a paddler in time....?

Despite the high cost of living,
                    it still remains popular.
