Rubber-duck race [Melbourne, Australia]

Is there a Melbourne-based Paddleducker modeller [Peter W?] who can whip up some side paddles for one of these ducks in time to mount them in the morning?  Presumably rely on elastic straps to hold them on.

I won't be at the event, as I am launching Jessie II at Barmah that day to cruise up to Yarrawonga and return.
