i have purchased a MARTEEN steam engine from a private party, from the  MODEEN steam driven models

         p.o. box 70, oldham, lancs, ol2 6tg.   do they still make this engine?
and is this company in business any more?

These engines and boilers were manufactured by the late Ron Needham who ran Modeen Steam Models.

They are circa 1985 and the engines are based on 'Mamod' locomotive cylinders.

Modeen are no longer in business, however, spare cylinder parts should be available from any large 'Mamod' stockist.

Hope this is of some help.
